We kindly ask that only the patient with the appointment enter our office at this time. All minors may be accompanied by only one adult. Please kindly call the office (843) 873-1889 if you need to reschedule your appointment in light of this new visitor policy. We do ask for all patients entering our practice to wear a mask.
If you are picking up glasses or contacts please also limit pick-up to one person coming into the office.
All patients will be screened at the time of check-in. If a patient is not well at their time of arrival, we may choose to reschedule the appointment to a later date.

Have you had a recent/current fever?
Do you have a cough/upper respiratory symptoms?
Do you have shortness of breath?
Have you or anyone you’ve come in contact with traveled to China, Iran, South Korea, Or any European country within the last 14 days?
We pride ourselves on clean facilities and have increased our cleaning efforts in all offices. We will be cleaning lanes, exam rooms, optical gallery, and all waiting areas multiple times throughout the day.
