I was a walk-in with what I thought could have been an emergency/critical situation. I was treated with concern and was worked into their schedule. The doctor was thorough in examining me and putting me at ease with a recommendation to follow-up with my primary doctor. Luckily, the condition isn’t a problem with my eyes. These people are fantastic. I was very concerned about my son’s eyesight. For a while, I had been noticing some problems and suddenly it all clicked that there may be an issue with his vision. I love going to Ocean Eye! From the time I walk in the door to a greeting of “Aloha” to when the appointment is over, every staff member makes sure I’ve received personal attention. I’ve never had to wait to be seen which means they value my time.
