I booked a new patient appt at the start of the summer and have been very pleased with both the service and care. I was given a thorough eye exam, new glasses, and quality samples for improved eye care. I’ve recently been back to combat some summer allergy eye issues and the staff make every effort to squeeze me in quickly, and still give me the very best care. I will continue to use this office for eye concerns and vision checks.

A very nice place for eye care. Very polite and professional staff. Always very little waiting time, I have been using them at least 5 years. I just recently developed some eye flashes and the doctor was very vigilant about thoroughly examining my eyes, waived the picture fee because I needed to be dilated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye care.

Rachel at the Carnes Crossroad location was so helpful and professional. She took her time explaining the best fit for progressive glasses, and assisted me in the sizes I should consider. She also spoke highly of her colleague at the Trolley Rd. Office, and encouraged me to go there and try on additional frames before making my decision. Autumn at the Trolley Rd location was kind and patient with me, as I tried on at least 20 pairs of frames. She did an amazing job teaching me about the job of each section of the lens. She made me feel so comfortable, and gave me great feedback.

The staff was so hands on with him and made us both feel comfortable. I was highly impressed with the empathic ability administered to get him to cooperate with her. I love this place, having been going for years! Dr. Spearing is awesome, she listens and gave me some really great advice on eye care and eye bag reduction. It worked Doc:). Joy was very knowledgeable about my insurance and making sure that I chose the one that would give me the greatest savings. Esther made me comfortable though out the initial exam. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Sarah, but noticed her interaction with the family she was assisting, she seemed to be very pleasant. Overall, I love going there and as long as they are open for business, I will continue to go there!

Dr. Spearing is amazing! She's very professional. She's very thorough and most importantly she is very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend the practice and her to anyone who's looking for an amazing eye doctor. They have amazing frame options as well as great prices on contacts. Very very professional. I would also highly recommend Ocean eye for kids as well. I take my children there and they love them. They do accept insurance and they do accept Medicaid.

This place was amazing! Miss. Gracyn at the front desk was very welcoming and made the appointment scheduling a breeze! She was very sweet and made you feel like family when you walked in the door! Miss. Megan took me back to my room and started the process with me and was understanding helpful and had a wonderful attitude! Dr. Spearing was also absolutely amazing she listened to my concerns when i said i didn’t like the way the contacts felt and went and grab me a different brand to try out until they felt comfortable! She explained what my new eyeglass prescription would entail as to progressives or bifocals and that since I was seeing an eye surgeon next week, I should wait until the surgeon determines what changes there may be in my script. Also, when I called Ocean Eye to confirm my coverage, the person did not tell me that DavisVision frames were available at the Trolley Road office for me to actually see.
